Monthly activity reports, 1988-[onging].

Each ABC enforcement agent is required to conduct investigations in connection with alleged violations of the ABC laws, make inspections of license applicants as well as licensees, and perform other related duties assigned by superiors. This series is composed of two-sided forms that are used by every ABC enforcement officer to record daily activities for the entire month. Information provided includes name of agent, district, title, official base, report period, daily activities engaged in (there are 26 categories), total monthly seizures, and remarks. The other side of the form is used by the same individual agent to make subsistence and per diem claims. The report was initiated in 1988 to replace the Weekly Report of Agents (series SX-54-2) and the Subsistence Claim Form (series SX-54-3).
